Having appropriate knowledge in Maintenance Department of total ETP(MBR,RO) includes various types of pumps(reciprocating,positive displacement,centrifugal,single and multy suction pumps,diaphragm)Actuated valves,gear boxes,compressor,selection of piping materials,location of pumps ,co ordination with client other maintenance department to achieve the target.Involved in commissioning of 4 MLD MBR plant and having a good knowledge in assembling and servicing of twin and tri lobe blowers(7000 m3/hr),High pressure(higher head pumps) multi stage pumps servicing knowledge,also involed in the BOQ for new projects,support for all departments.

Maintenance of mechanical equipments with the team strength of 12 members like pumps,actuators,valves and compressors,preparing data sheets,maintenance ledgers,preparing preventive maintenance schedule to avoid the break downs .
