I have been working in HR for almost eight years, and I am now planning a transition into Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Although I had a successful career in HR, I have realized the aspects of my work I find most rewarding are all in Supply Chain functions and in order to upskill I enrolled and completed MSc in Procurement Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the University of Salford, UK :- Solid knowledge in Logistics: As a Team Lead - Employee Relations and Client Engagement, I interviewed candidates for the logistics and supply chain role and got subject knowledge by interviewing them, also I was in the performance management team and had the chance to review the performance after discussing with the supply chain managers and analyze the employee's efficiency by understanding the progress of the current projects. A quick learner of complex concepts and legal issues, I am eager to broaden these competencies.- Dynamic communication style: I am adept in building relationships, consensus and a shared sense of purpose. I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with employees, mediate disputes and motivate others into action.- Experience in cost-oriented strategies: A constant throughout my HR career has been my passion for the design and delivery of staff development programs.
