1. SAP PM Module Master Data Acquisition & System Update for Gas Operations in SAP R/3 (Qatar Petroleum)●Physical Asset Verification and Data collection●Review and Analyze the superseded data with available data in SAP.●Preparing Equipment & Hierarchy Master as per the physical asset verification data●Collect all necessary drawings and documents related to Preventive Maintenance & Bill of Material for all maintainable equipment in plant.●Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) ●Preparation of Interim database comprising technical objects, bill of material and preventive maintenance2.Material Cataloguing using ACMS (TPT Petrochemicals, Thailand)•Create the coding schedule, Noun Modifier (Class) and frame template•Developing Material Coding and Cataloguing of all maintenance spares & generic (consumables) •Attribute based Cataloguing•Identify duplicate item within the material master3.Material, Equipment Master and Preventive Maintenance (GPEC, Gujarat)•Identification of Noun Modifier (Class) and frame template (Characteristics)•Cataloguing of all maintenance spares & generic (consumables) for plant operating equipments. •Preparation of Equipment, Material, Assembly BOM.•Updating the Existing BOM as per Equipment Maintenance with supporting document of Datasheet, Part list, etc.,•Identify and suggest the possible duplicates.•Cataloguing and Data Cleansing4.Physical Inventory and Data cleansing (Tatweer Petroleum, Bahrain)•Physical verification and data collection of all stock items in the Ware house.•Determine which of the items have a foreseeable use/ which are no longer required and make appropriate recommendations for disposal/write off. •Update the buying description from retrieved material specification as per standard noun, modifier format. •Check the material condition for Corrosion, Rusted, Damage and recommend for disposal/Write off•Identify surplus materials and move to separate area. .
