Current• Currently working with amazon AWS infrastructure and providing IT network and technical support to internal customers for more than 13 Amazon sites in Gujarat, MP.• Managing networks and firewall devices on Amazon sites and providing IP, Ethernet, wireless, and surveillance services.• Monitoring LAN/WAN/wireless network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency)• Provides technical support across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN operating environments, supporting multiple sites. • Providing support for the desktop, laptop, printers, RF scanners, network devices, CCTV cameras, and servers• Responsible for network device configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution, like firewalls, APs, WLCs, Cisco Juniper switches, etc.• ownership of incidents escalated to the team to ensure service restoration and fault fix within the SLA.• Building and configuring Cisco, Juniper, and Mist Networks and setting up MDF and IDF• 24x7 monitoring of network and security infrastructure, including alarming, logs, and event management.• Tracking project and coordinating with vendors for quick project completion with a prime focus on maximizing cost savings.• Providing training and creating documentation on the new setup and technologies for end users to learn• Tracking and monitoring daily IT metrics as per Amazon SOP across INFC (PAN India)
