I run youth and college level baseball programs. we have multiple youth programs that teach kids how to play baseball as well as team youth players life lessons through the game of baseball. We teach and train the youth ball players with our state of the art training equipment that is housed in our state of the art in-door baseball facility. We have ex-MLB, as well as ex-minor league and ex-Collegiate baseball players, scouts and coaches teaching the players the game of baseball.

On direction of Giants Regional Scout, I was tasked to watch and evaluate baseball talent in the State of Georgia as well as the Sunbelt League (an MLB Funded Collegiate Wood-Bat Baseball League HQ in Metro Atlanta, Georgia) I would grade the ball players and send reports of the baseball player back to the regional scout. Position players were graded based on the 5 tools:Hitting, Power, Speed, Fielding, and Arm StregnthPitchers Skills Base On:Based on Arm Strength and Command of PitchesSize and Athleticism was graded as well as how the baseball players conducted themselves around teammates and how the baseball players reacted to failure.
