I came to Australia from Vietnam on my own in 2008 when I was 16, with a sole goal of establishing myself in this new country from ZERO. I was in top 5 of my High School cohort. I was the only student admitted to Sydney Law School. I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance. I was awarded by Sydney Law School the Tomonari Akaha memorial Prize for Proficiency in Equity and nominated by Sydney Business School for NSW International Student of the Year Award (Higher Education category).I was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales (December 2016) and the High Court of Australia (April 2018). As a legal advisor, I deliver the best work for clients. I have experience working in Insolvency, Commercial Litigation and CTP (motor vehicle accidents). I have worked on high profile cases in Australia involving the Hastie Group, Arrium Group, Amerind and Bruck Textiles. Prior to to my admission, I worked as a paralegal in personal injury (medical negligence and public liability) at Gerard Malouf & Partners and insurance at Wotton + Kearney. My insurance experience extends to claims involving professional indemnity, financial lines, directors & officers, as well as general commercial litigation.I have been building a commercial practice helping clients in Sydney. I am actively establishing a network of firms, professionals and high net-worth individuals/families between Vietnam and Australia.
