Cutting wood consists of two types of tasks: receive various types of rough wood, then placing into a machine which mills to input dimensions; receiving cut lumber and stacking it in an orderly way upon a palet to be used later in palet building. For palet building, we had to obtain a palet plan and build a predetermined amount; we built using a nail gun. To operate palet-building machines, it required the loading of wood and nails into the machine, to activate it, and ensure its proper work.
