Handling the Microbiological quality analysis of all types of food materials, water, ice, cosmetics, air, swab and other environmental samples according to the standard specified by ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2000.Preparing the test reports, papers and presenting results. Responsible for investigating the unusual / unacceptable results.Playing a key role in investigating food borne illness and ensuring hygiene monitoring of Food processing industries, Hotels, hyper markets and recommending improving the quality system. Participating in External Quality Assurance Program conducted by Health Protection Agency, UK with excellent result.Maintaining and review documentation such as SOP’s and test formats etc.Responsible for monitoring the quality control system and Indoor environment system of Microbiology Lab.Pure culture maintenance,To maintain the personal hygiene and monitoring hazards in food/water handling.Collecting the samples from all over the GCC for Laboratory analysis.
