•Providing customer service, scheduling service appointments and making sure that proper delivery of the vehicle is done as well as clearly conveying the customer about the jobs carried out•Job scheduling, controlling of workshop job flow and proficient in doing relevant paperwork•Supervising and inspecting major and minor works of all automotive heavy duty vehicles•Working as a fleet/logistics Advisor, performs testing and certification of heavy duty vehicles•Perform periodic maintenance procedures, such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations and balancing, wheel alignment, repair and replace brake pads and electronic systems.•Technical inspection and monitoring of job quality done by the technicians•Drafting report of vehicles with help of diagnostic tool and gauges •Assessing failures of several parts of the vehicle and informing the status to Warranty Department•Briefing sessions to the staff to report technical damages in proper format•Issuing Product Quality Report (PQR) to R&D department for further product improvements•Manage and coordinating all HSE matters related to workshop unit incompliance with HSE requirements.•Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager
