Handled telephonic conference calls every week to understand, assist, explain and resolve issues raised by clients.Assisted with providing quotes for new developments and amendments. This also included creating and agreeing work specifications for tasks before commencing any changes/development.Developing & enhancing the system to new requirements including Analyzing the new requirements, Developing PL/SQL programs, Unit testing, Preparing release documents and delivery to the client.Analyzing support issues raised by clients to differentiate between bugs and enhancements, effectively communicating with client to resolve and find effective solutions which enhance the value of the system for the clients.
