Responsibilities- Recruit Women on career break as Volunteers for JobsforHer initiated Volunteer programs for various departments and functions.- Making the prospective women jobseekers on a career break understand the importance of volunteer programs- Profile screening, Initial telephonic Screening -validation & verification in terms of technical skills.Understanding their fitment,scheduling for interview.- Manage the recruitment process.- Helping the HR Team for internal recruitment by screening the profiles and clearing the dashboards in Jobsforher portal ;posting the jobs in internal dash boards ;sourcing the profiles through social media networking for various departments and functions.

Responsibilities:- Recruit IT Professionals of various levels of experience for Permanent position Manage the complete recruitment process.- Profile screening, Initial telephonic Screening -validation & verification in terms of technical skills.Analizing and fulfilling the client requirement on time. - Extracting as many Leads/References as possible from each candidate interviewed. Maintaining & managing resume database- Scheduling the candidates for the interviews- Lining up candidates for weekend as well as week day drives (Majorly participated in coordinating and supporting clients' weekend drive ,walk-in interviews for various skills which used to happen at New Era premises)- Collecting the documents, copy proofs from the shortlisted candidates that are to be submitted to the client(ID proof,Educational certificates,Current and previous organizations offer letters,last 3 months payslips,last 3 month bank statements)- Uploading all the details of the candidates in client’s portal- Have supported for walk-in interviews at clients place- Follow up extensively with the candidates whom offers have been made and get acceptance from them at the earliest.- Liasoning between candidates and clients to ensure completion of all formalities.- Train and motivate new joinees to achieve the targets- Coordinating and giving daily updates to the Manager which includes- Interview schedules, , feedback, Candidates sourced, about clients and their requirements, Rates Negotiation, Candidate issue
