Role : Quality AnalystDuration : March 2015 - April 2017. Team size : 18 Project Description:- American Airlines (AA) - Self Service Machine (SSM) is a check-in machine. It features passport scanners, credit card readers and barcode scanners, all of which enable customers to check in more quickly – both for domestic and international flights as little as 72 seconds. I was responsible for testing international booking, PNR check in and providing upgrades to the passengers as per flight availability. Customizing the offer for different customers like Admirals Club, AA priority, Mileage multiplier customer’s etc. Roles and Responsibilities:  Understanding Software Requirement Specification SRS.  Responsible in testing international and domestic booking, PNR check- in and providing upgrades to the passengers as per flight availability.
