I have a passion for business development and strategy. The past 16 years of my career was focused on developing a marketing agency for a niche market. During that time our team developed a booming sales program, moved from fourth position in our market to first, made the INC 5000 list in 2018, and developed SAAS software and new digital products for our clients. During the pandemic, we were fleet-footed and added new software and services to stay in business while other agencies in our market failed (we sold event marketing services, not easy in a pandemic).I sold my founding shares in 2021 and decided to find a new market to develop. I have since served numerous clients with my Click Hive Agency, but am now looking to step into a bigger challenge and work with a team looking to grow fast. Previous to opening my own company I worked in multiple industries and added value in both sales and marketing fronts. I spent 8 years in B2B sales and managed a team that led to high, double-digit growth and the eventual sale of the company at a strong valuation. I worked in radio and print advertising in my early career and used this as the building blocks for my marketing and customer service philosophies.I believe in two philosophies of business: There IS a right answer and today's economy is fueled by feel more than function. There IS a Right Answer: I care about finding the right answer—regardless of who gets the credit or how many iterations it took to find it. I use data-driven decision making to discover the right answer in the quickest route. Today's Economy is Fueled by Feel More than Function: This means that helping a company find brand, commit to a cause, and serve their clients in a congruent manner will serve them better than adding more SKUs or immense R&D.
