Execute a hierarchy of project reviews between Project Managers and Senior Management on a monthly basis. Project types include Interiors, Design, and Design/Build. Initiate new projects and update budgets in the company’s database system. Review contractual documentation and budgets for accuracy. Review project scopes and schedules to ensure financial targets are met. Prepare quarterly and annual project Revenue/Gross Margin forecasts for Sr. Management.
