Support to the factory automation division finish the products exhibition in Shanghai in December. Assist the colleagues to finish the inventory in the depot. Support the administration team to manage the office environment.

Responsibilities: Hospitality (Being a Translator for the Olympic Sponsors from Euro countries)Co-work with other volunteers, communicate with our superior manager from the headquarters which is located in San Francisco and finish the distributive orders. Responsibilities include arranging the guests’ agenda, hotel check in and checkout, airport fetching, venues visiting and games watching. Our guests are from America, India, Russia, Malaysia, Vietnamese, Egypt, Thailand, Africa, etc.
