I worked for six months at Bottega Strozzi, a multipurpose space managed by Marsilio Editori in collaboration with the Palazzo Strozzi Foundation. Bottega Strozzi is an international bookshop with art books, craft creations and design objects.I dealt with sales and customer service but also with inventory, shelving and storage of goods inside the shop.As a salesperson, I dealt with international clients and managed the weekly events of the bookshop, under the supervision of the manager Carlo Cuppini.

It was my responsibility to meet every specific customer need and to help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Customer Feedback must always be reported to the Manager on duty, so as to effectively resolve any problems and improve the customer experience in the restaurant.It is necessary to be sure in the approach to reception and in knowing how to treat different groups of people. Strong communication skills, such as attentive listening, face-to-face communication and eye contact are essential. In this task, my knowledge of languages ​​and other cultures (especially the Asian one) is of great help so that I can better relate to foreign tourists and customers.Being a team work, it is essential to know how to maintain high energy levels and high productivity and problem-solving skills even under stress.

The experience in a large multinational has been extremely formative for me. I learned how necessary it is to work in a united team and help each other, especially in situations of high stress. I have also acquired greater professionalism in dealing with customers and I have learned to manage complaints and potentially problematic situations.Speed of service and precision complete the basic requirements for working at Mc Donald's.My main job was that of cashier and Front employee and, on various occasions, I also dealt with hospitality and customer reception.

As part of events organized by the association, I am in charge of managing the stand of Japanese handmade products and I take care of the sale.In September 2016, I helped set up the exhibition of the Libest Gallery So contemporary art gallery in Tokyo at the Bellini Museum, where more than 60 artists were exhibited.
