As a senior campaigner, political advisor and spokesperson for circularity, plastics & textiles for Greenpeace Germany, I was responsible for the national and international Greenpeace projects on textiles (#DetoxMyFashion Follow Up) and represented them politically and in the media.𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: - 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬. As lead of the DetoxMyFashion-campaign follow up or - Campaign lead against the destruction of new textiles and returns, which was legally mandated by the EU Parliament in March 2024 as part of the eco-design regulation.-𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in the areas of plastics (liquid, semi-solid, solid), reusable systems, waste exports, toxics, the global textile industry, trade and international supply chains.- Development and 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 such as textile- plastic waste exports as well as the associated international press and campaign work- 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, such as serving as a advocate in negotiations concerning the national packaging legislation, the circular economy strategy, or participating in the political discussions surrounding the EU plastics and packaging directive, the EU-textile strategie or the UN-plastics treaty.- 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 with NGOs, also beyond the environmental movements, e.g. in the “Resource Transition” network or the development and membership in the 'breakfreefromplastic Germany alliance @ExitPlastik𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬: Focus on #PlasticFreefuture and a for a sustainable textile industry and establishing reusable models as the new normal for a CircularEconomy:- Campign for legal anchoring of a material-independent reusable offer requirement for the food-to-go
