• Recruitment:
• Temporary worker Recruiter in the 13 EMEA Markets
• Candidate sourcing and pre-interview telephone screening Candidate management:
• Interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across EMEA
• Coordinating and scheduling candidate travel arrangementsEvents:
• Representing Google Recruitment at LSE ‘Innovation in Business’ event

• Coordination of end to end recruitment process for permanent and temporary staff across multiple business areas including IT, Operations, HR and Finance Screening and formatting CVs
• Creating, posting and maintaining open job specifications
• Managing the on-boarding process for the new starters
• Interview coordination and point of contact between line managers, candidates and agencies

• Coordination of recruitment process for over 300 IT Contractors
• Oversight of the on-boarding process for new candidates
• Training, support and coordination of projects (e.g. critical HR file audit project)
• Organisation and presentation of new starter induction sessions
• Management and coordination of the extension/renewal reminder process as well as issuance of contracts
• Provide individualised client reporting across various business departments

• Data analysis
• Ensuring documentation within client files met legal and KYC requirements
• Filing & archiving
