- Created a new flow for internal users to report bugs in-app, automatically collecting relevant information to make bugs more actionable for the team and reducing unnecessary exchanges between engineers and filers; used SwiftUI, UIKit, and Objective-C- Built an ML classifier to sort incoming Messages, FaceTime, and Mail bugs into feature groups to increase team efficiency by promoting batch screening; used Python and sklearn

- Envisioned, designed, and executed a project to create a new Unicode input method using SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS Keyboard Extension Framework- Prototyped keyboard layout enhancements spanning multiple scripts and operating systems- Shipped bug fixes and improvements to the macOS Character Picker

- Instructed a small advanced class of 7 high-school students alongside Microsoft employees- Taught students how to use Microsoft Azure’s Virtual Machines, PowerShell, Git, and GitHub- Guided students through a Machine Learning project using Python, Scikit, Seaborn, and Pandas
