Writing has long been the mainstay of my professional activity. I published my first article at the age of 18. I continued as a freelance writer for the Nouvel Observateur for the "Notre époque" service in 1989, then for the Champérard guide and regional editions of France-Soir. I also contributed to many rewriting works for publishers. In October 2001, I joined the Public Système as a consultant for institutional press relations. Subsequently, I was in charge of events for a subsidiary of the Order of Architects and institutional communication for a professional federation. I also have experience in communication and business development for the public affairs firm Séance Publique. In 2014, I founded the company "Le Meunier Qui Dort": a storytelling and influence strategy agency, to respond to the new communication needs linked to the advent of the internet and social networks by creating personal branding and communication strategies. In parallel, in 2017, I founded a second company Digeetrips in Estonia, through which I organised study tours in Estonia, the first digital company in the world. I was in charge of designing and engineering the interdisciplinary educational strategy. Passionate about the crucial issues of our time, in 2018, I co-authored the essay "Demain Tous Estoniens, l'Estonie une réponse aux Gafa", ranked among the 10 best books of the year by Emmanuel Lechypre (librairie de l'éco, BFM TV.) I also regularly give conferences on the topic. In October 2019, I was invited to contribute to the Mooc Public Administration Digital and Territories, co-produced by Gilles Babinet and the IEP (Sciences-Po Paris). Since March 2020, "The full digital Nation, Estonia a break in the GAFAM wall" has been available on Amazon. In September 2020, I joined Origenes Europe in Tallinn as Executive Director. In November 2021, I was appointed Citizen Diplomat by the Estonia Ministry of Foreign Affairs for my commitment to promoting the Digital Estonia story in France. In April 2022, I joined CoinsPaid in Tallinn, Estonia, as Head of Public Relations for the Baltic Region.
