CurrentImplementation of Growth Strategies: collaborate closely with Sales Market Controller, Area Controllers, and Department Heads to apply operational and financial management strategies, while promoting commercial development and growth of the FRBELU market (250 stores).Profitability Optimization and Business Development: define and communicate sales and profitability objectives in line with our market's growth plan. Work with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to identify and exploit growth opportunities, monitor results, and adjust actions accordingly to maximize financial performance.Team Development and Management: coach and support a team of 12 Area Controllers FRBELU to achieve our market’s financial objectives through informal leadership.
