Simply You Studio is a ladies orientated fitness studio that has been offering a training programme, developed over 40 years, based on the theory that SELF-IMAGE is very important.We use the principle “THINK, FEEL & LOOK BETTER”The type of exercise we train is lower intensity Calisthenics or “beautiful strength” which improves flexibility, agility, muscular strength, toning and stretching. Classes are structured to suit all ages and sizes. The equipment used comprises of resistance bands, resistance and weighted exercise balls, sticks and very light dumbells. The studio space is carpeted so classes are done without shoes and in comfortable exercise clothing.The 1-hour classes are presented by a dedicated fitness instructor who will skillfully guide you through the program of that specific week. The program changes on a weekly basis, and you may attend as many classes as you like. There are 24 classes per week

We partner and collaborate with industry experts such other architects, developers, quantity surveyors and industrial designers to maximise project success and quality.Through enhancements in cloud computing technology and software, Architecture Unplugged is able operate from anywhere and collaborate with anyone. This affords us the opportunity to provide a hands-on approach to clients and offer greater quality assurance.
