Faxtor Indonesia is a digital platform that engaged in human resources field, especially in the construction of psychometric assessments. As a community development, my goal is to build Faxtor's community that involves Faxtor's users (psychologist), psychology student, and practitioner in the vision of shaping psychometric landscape in Indonesia. I am responsible for:- Design the grand plan and concept for the community development- Build connection and collaboration with psychology association in Indonesia as community partner- Conduct events for the community - Develop Faxtor's branding strategies in social media

As a part of Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia, I am responsible for ensuring the accomplishment of course development in the Kognisi project. Kognisi is Kompas Gramedia's online learning platform for both internal employees and external client partners of Kompas Gramedia. As course analyst, I'm responsible for:- Conduct research of the course topics or titles;- Design the learning syllabuses, scripts and/or talking points, and reading materials;- Actively collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the learning course development process;- Collaborate with video director, videographer, and video editor during the learning course production;- Create another course essentials such as quizzes, assignments, and cheatsheets in accordance with the learning course topic or title.During this period, I have been developing several courses especially for Prakerja projects such as blogging to build audience, TV News Anchor, and TV & Video Production.

As learning facilitator at Training Pengembangan Diri (TPD). My goal is to help the freshman achieve the learning goals that involve the development of their KSAOs (Knowledge, Skill, Ability, and Other Characteristics) by:- Deliver the experiential learning to the freshman in a group of 8 students- Debrief the students' learning with experiential learning cycle

Kemapsibaraya is a psychology students association that involves students from 10 universities in Bandung with a total 500+members. As a executive chairman, I am part of the Kemapsibaraya executive board that plays a role in the organizational sustainability in developing programs for both internal members and external partners of Kemapsibaraya. My responsibilities are:• Leads the organization; such as set the direction, vision, and mission of the organization.• Manage 6 departments to actively improve their skills by implementing the work programs.• Conduct weekly meetings to report the departments' progress, evaluate performance, and plan the next action.• Perform gathering events to connect with alumni of Kemapsibaraya.• Expand networking and collaborate with other organizations or community.• In this year, Kemapsibaraya has achieved in adapting online environments, by actively creating creative contents in social media, psychoeducational programs for society, and developmental programs for organization members.• Kemapsibaraya also has achieved in collaborating with other organization, for example is an online counselling service that Kemapsibaraya develops by collaborating with HIMPSI (Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia).

AKSEN is a psychoeducational program that actively influences others in mental health issues. As vice project officer, my responsibilites are:- Assist the Project Officer to lead and manage the event project.- Supervise the Event Division, which responsible for the concept of the event, from needs assessment, learning matrix, to learning evaluation.- In this year, AKSEN conducted a psychoeducational program with the theme "Self Help", the programs such as mental health workshops, e-counselling, and roadshow to faculties in Padjadjaran University.- We have posted many interesting content about mental health during pandemic, and have achieved in gaining enthusiasm that we got 300+ registrants.
