I have the joy of working alongside Michael (my husband) and Justin on a business and product which we are all passionate about. Our partnership stems way back to our Edinburgh University days, where our interest in technology and customer excellence began.Officially formed in 1996 , the three of us we have grown IQX from a small start-up to a blooming business with 20 staff (and rising) and an effective product in which thousands of recruiters depend on day in, day out to run their recruitment agencies. Today we enable 100,000’s of shifts to be filled across Education, Healthcare, Social and Industrial sectors, to name a few. Along with our top of the range Temp Desk with effective shift management, we also ensure our agencies place in complete compliance with ever- changing legislation in a highly competitive staffing marketplace. We work with many of the UKs leading recruitment agencies, and are proud to be considered a true Smarter Partner.
