Customer Support Engineer
Current• After-Sales support for national and international customers in Spain, Portugal, Chile and the rest of Sout America on issues related to the remote monitoring of photovoltaic plants, coordinating the analysis and resolution of problems together with other departments of the company, if necessary.• Remote and on-site consulting for the installation and start-up of the monitoring and management system.• Responsible of training customers in the use of the products offered by the company.
