I have experience and knowledge in all aspects of property management. I have helped facilitate the process from the beginning stages of rehabbing and renovating a property (project management) all the way through managing the property once tenanted ( property management). My expertise comes in marketing properties, screening all prospects to ensure we place qualified tenants, overseeing the entire application process, coordinating with prospects to get all necessary documentation and information needed for an approval, ensuring the property is move in ready, moving the tenant(s) in, and then managing their rental property. I enjoy this area of work and communicating with all different types of people in the real estate industry from buyers, sellers, appraisers/inspectors, to investors and tenants! I have found my passion in this industry and look forward to growing and continueing to excel and climb!
