Participate in all aspects of order fulfillment and returns processing, including rotation through various departments of the distribution center of this globally recognized high-end retailer. Responsibilities include: • Receive incoming orders from retail locations, including both bulk vendor orders and retail customer purchases, as well as online orders through Nordstrom.com. • Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanner to ensure accurate order fulfillment, cross-checking items across product identification systems and handling backorders as needed. • Audit vendor shipments to verify correct inventory inputs in a fast and timely manner. Protect client privacy by ensuring the proper disposition of any documents containing personal data or other sensitive information.

Provide general customer service and ensure consistent client experience in keeping with brand standards.
