Role and Responsibilities:• Manage overall supply chain activities including establish relationships with factory partners, coordinating inbound activities; customer service (local and export planning), demand and supply planning, inventory control, distribution and freight management.• Monitor and manage Logistic Partner to ensure KPIs are met and maintained in accordance to company standard, drive productivity, cost and service level.• Sales Administration: order and billing processing, full set of shipping documents; Compilation and analysis of Sales and Inventory Reports. Reduced sales process flow with the new computerized sales system.• Manage month end closing process, ensure all documents and accounts are properly maintained and reconcile; generate reports for management meetings.• Support and monitor marketing activities of subsidiaries and distributors, involved in organizing of regional events such as Product Launches and Seminars• Brand Management and Product Development: Strengthen brand entity and improve brand position through various marketing communications channels; Involved in different stages of product development with distributors, engineers, design centre and production
