Buying at Buffalo exchange included many fast paced responsibilities that directly impacted the store. I impacted the stores merchandise by buying directly from the customers , and learning more about their needs. Considered style demographics of consumers, and studied need based trends through daily conversations with customers on the floor, and in the fitting room. Managed product flow through assessments of inventory demands , and seasonal trends. Maintained consumer engagement by merchandising store displays and arranging new floor sets.

Responsible for tracking sales, processing shipments, delegating tasks, maintaining inventory, product flow and visual merchandising for the Women’s Department.Managed the store’s opening and closing operations, loss prevention, cash handling, safe counting, daily deposits, customer interaction, floor activity and team supervision. Appointed member of the Onboarding Team, responsible for selecting, hiring, and training new Team Members. Appointed Lead in enhancing our Team’s “Vibe” through the development of creative, art-driven activities designed to build team bonds, share product knowledge and boost overall morale. Creative Contributor to the Urban Outfitters (@uochicago) Instagram page. Participated as creative director, stylist, photographer and model for photo shoots around Chicago, gaining traction for sales through social media.
