Maintains documentation and status of the action items progression. in SharePoint. Organize all informal social functions for our group including German and other invitees. Create and develop four separate agendas in Power Point for repeat meetings (weekly, monthly, bi-weekly).Accounting Responsibilities:• Utilize Concur for travel and creating expense reports• Purchase requisitions through Purchasing Order System to acquire software/licenses• Order office supplies via SAP and reconciled in YOUR-DOCeS • Produce a monthly cost center report to capture budgeted expenditures in order and to analyze if we are over or under budget on cost elements.
