Hi! I am a VCU student in Richmond, Virginia aspiring to connect with future employers! My passion is communication and anywhere I can do that and connect I am happy. I grew up in a Hispanic household, speaking Spanish every. single. day. We weren't even allowed to watch television in English! This is where it all began, because not only do I now know two languages, the forms of communication with both are very very different. I remember watching the news growing up, all in Spanish of course, and thinking "this seems to have translated word for word", I quickly realized my mom was not getting the news to the fullest extent because of the language barrier. Now after decades, I want to be a communicator. I want to make sure that everyone at home has access to full coverage of news and not just half of the information because of a language barrier. This world was made for living and a language should not stop us from becoming cohesive, and here is where I aspire to deliver. I not only know 2 languages fluently but have exceptional researching, typing, and public speaking skills. With these and my aspiring personality, I know I can make a great asset to your team.
