Started journey as a trainee in most of the department in the hotel while studying in YTL International College of Hotel Management. This experiences gave me an understanding of working as a team player and the importance of providing personalized service for the customer to increase customer satisfaction and retention. One of the best achievement was decided to study abroad to experience different culture and different working style. Working experiences in Australia gave me opportunity to work independently and have chance to voice out opinion.
