CurrentWorking in the Human Movement and Balance Laboratory (HMBL) under the guidance of Dr. Kurt Beschorner. I study ladder climbing with the goals of determining how different ladder design factors affect an individual's frictional requirements. I also study how an individual's risk propensity and risk-taking affect their climbing behavior. I have also analyzed the effect of situational factors on ladder reaching to determine factors of interest in the mitigation of overreaching.
