I am responsible for our social media marketing, our advertising and responding to potential customers with letters and cards of thanks. I am responsible for our internet marketing and lead generation programs. We receive leads from several different places, It is my duty to schedule those leads with one of our project manager's so that he or she can turn those leads into jobs. once those leads are turned into jobs, I then schedule the work for production.

I handle the day to day of an office assistant. I receive & return calls and emails from past and future clients. I schedule and coordinate our sale team on there sales calls. I work with our management team and sales team to schedule work for production and coordinate it around our clients schedule's. I also order and handle material for most of the jobs that are in production. I use and manage our CRM program to maintain record keeping of all past and future jobs.
