Providing support to all levels of the organization, patients, and external clients. I was also able to move into a more in-depth knowledge of configuring, customizing application, support, process improvement & implementation, working closely with Vendors, providing new release updates,, system outages, classroom/one on one training, and creating educational materials for new and current hires to be able to use systems more effectively.
