As a consultant for the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank, I specialize in addressing gender issues across West African countries. Previously, at Embode, I conducted human rights risk assessments to mitigate supply chain risks, particularly focusing on Indigenous communities. With over seven years of international experience spanning policy analysis, sustainable development, communications, and project management, my expertise lies in integrating a feminist perspective into public policy initiatives.My approach to work is deeply collaborative, often partnering with diverse human rights organizations. For instance, I actively contribute to the Marielle Franco Monitor at MUNDOSUR, where we collectively document hate crimes targeting LGBTTTIQ+ individuals in Latin America and the Caribbean. As a co-lead for the Employment and Peer Support Circle at the Society of Gender Professionals, I volunteer my time to cultivate community and empower job seekers through discussions and workshops. Additionally, I collaborated with the Consultorio Jurídico Feminista in Paraguay, leading advocacy efforts to enhance women's access to justice.Previously, I served as a Gender and Public Policy Specialist at the Organization of American States (OAS). In this role, I spearheaded advocacy and communication campaigns to showcase OAS gender-related initiatives. Additionally, I conducted extensive research and data analysis for numerous publications and official reports addressing gender equality and gender-based violence (GBV).My core skills include policy analysis for sustainable development, communication, and project management on an international level.
