I participate in the legal team that monitors hate crimes against LGBTTTIQ+ people in Latin America and the Caribbean with the Marielle Franco Observatory. Our reports are a communication, information, and advocacy tool for developing public policies focusing on human rights and an intersectional gender perspective.

I specialize in human rights research and risk assessment, guiding multinational organizations in managing challenges and opportunities in their operations and supply chains. I focus on promoting ethical practices and facilitating positive impacts in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

I conducted qualitative and quantitative research using interviews, surveys, desk research, and media monitoring in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I supported project management by overseeing implementation and reporting within a results-based management framework, ensuring an intersectional and gender perspective. I monitored questionnaire responses from 32 countries and wrote three national reports assessing progress in implementing the Belém do Pará Convention to eradicate violence against women. Additionally, I established a network with over 200 NGOs, facilitating their active participation in OAS spaces. I led the planning and execution of 15 webinars and supported over a dozen in-person events with high-level authorities in Washington DC, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, and the UN CSW.
