I participated and contributed directly to the company's set-up, registration, business model implementation, I designed and put in place procedures, policies, ways of working in the area of Accounting, Purchasing, Compliance, Controlling, Reporting and constantly adapting them to the evolution of the business.Currently, my role covers accounting, reporting, controlling, taxation, governance, contracts management, real estate and purchasing areas.My main responsibilities are:• to foster companywide continuous performance improvement, stimulating value creation and facilitating decision making process• to steer management cycle: build short/medium and long term business plan and coordinate budget and strategic plans• to define performance matrices to measure organizational results• to manage financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities• cross-functional role connecting different business units by working closely with their teams on various initiatives and projects• to lead the digital transformation and building a data driven organization• to act as a key decision and strategic partner for the company's executive leaders in Romania and in Orange Group• on governance: to lead the preparation and coordination of the Board of Directors meetings• contracts management• to prepare statutory yearly financial statements, monthly closing and reporting information, in accordance with national and international standards;• to interact with fiscal authorities and act as a liaison between them and the Company, fulfill all tax requirements,• to interact with external auditors in completing accounting and tax audits

Salaries computation/accounting:-wages calculation, -wage-related declarations, -cost controling (wages compared to the budget on cost centers). Financial Analysis:- prepare monthly financial report (different cost centers activity vs budget)- check cost's opportunity- budgeting activities - development of forecasts and simulations for various projects- development of analysis and calculations required by the managemnet - involvement in various projects (implementation of new software, re/certification merger, ..)
