Function Sales Forecasting / Demand and Supply Planning Manager for Cro & B&H (2011-2019)Department Supply ChainTasks and responsibilities: • Responsible for implementation and improvement of S&OP+ process in the Croatia• Organization, preparation and conducting S&OP+ meeting in the country• Responsible for Service Level, Forecast Accuracy/Bias and Inventories in the Croatia• Sales forecasting for all brand groups according to marketing plans, marketing drive calendar and sales history (for Croatia and B&H) and ensuring that adjustments are done in a timely manner (APO – Advanced Planning Optimization)• Regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators• Actively support the implementation of the Beiersdorf Supply Chain Strategy as well as Global/Regional Forecast and Supply Planning methods, processes and tools• Export to Bosnia-Herzegovina (forecasting and communication with distributor - coordination of main market activities, launches, re-launches, all according to the Company strategies and targets)• Direct contact with Production Center in Nederland – supplier for whole kind of cosmetic and toiletries wipes • Responsible for LSP coordination for inbound, outbound, LAS and VAS contacts with fright-forwarders in order to organize transport of goods  work on re-export issues and regular custom arrangements• involved in process of Customer collaboration in a way of developing a standard way of exchanging the information, in order to achieve better results in terms of Service Level and customer satisfaction by better understanding of their needs

• Preparation of the procurement plan for the BDF (based on the application forms/inputs from the product managers (marketing) as well as forecasted needs of the office and setting up deadlines for its implementation;• Implementation of procurement processes, including preparation and conduct of Requests for Quotation, receipt and evaluation of quotations, supplier evaluation and selection, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts, ensuring best value for money at all times. Purchases include: all promo materials for BDF marketing and branding (printed and electronic), gifts, special packages, warehouse supplies, office supplies and materials, computers , etc; • Ensuring full compliance of procurement activities with BDF rules and regulations, implementing effective internal control, analyzing parameters in support of proper design and functioning of a client-oriented procurement management system, • Management of procurement contracts and contractors, legal matters and payment conditions, including contacts with suppliers and creative agencies, as well as ensuring proper monitoring of contracts (from delivery, to quality of delivered items, prices, terms of payment);• Designing and implementation of the sourcing strategy, with the focus on development and management of the rosters of suppliers, suppliers’ evaluation and selection and quality/performance measurement mechanisms; • Implementation of the internal control system which ensures that Purchase Orders and Contracts are duly prepared and dispatched to Finance Department. Invoices management, from their tracking to their dispatching to the respective units • Ensuring proper control of the BDF assets, preparing inventory reports and physical verification control in the BDF and the warehouse• Managing the BDF vehicle fleet, purchase of new cars, their regular registration and maintenance; Negotiations with the Insurance companies -for regular insurance matters as well as in case of car accidents
