I thrive when handling a hectic schedule and variable other resources. I deal with planning, administration, and general management issues, included the day to day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by team leaders. I also know when to roll up my sleeves and assist directly in the warehouse to make sure our customer compliance standards are always met.
