I am a responsible worker with high work energy level and great interpersonal skills which makes teamwork and team bonding my personal strengths. A fast learner with great organizational skills, I am keen in picking up new skills. I am currently managing the HR Professional Development Programme (HR PDP) in the Chief HR Officer's Office (CHROO) in Public Service Division, recruiting HR professionals and even new officers with little or no HR background but with transferrable skills and competencies, to uplift the HR capabilities within Whole of Government. Previously a Chinese Language teacher at government secondary schools under Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) for 13 years before making a career switch to continue to serve the greater Public Service in a different way.
