Cooking Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for the 81 residents of Waterford Way on Fridays and Saturdays. Breakfast includes eggs in any way, pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage and fruit. Lunch and dinner consists of a main protein, vegetable, a starch and a desert. Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for: beef, pork, chicken, fish, and shellfish. Opening and closing procedures not limited to ECOLAB dishwasher protocol, mopping, turning on/off ovens and various cooking equipment. Extensive knowledge of ECOLAB chemicals and materials. Independently working as the sole cook for Fridays and Saturdays.

Assisting with the daily tasks of a busy AAHA Accredited Veterinary Hospital. Duties were: surgical assistant, sterilizing, taking a medical history, and filling prescriptions. All sterilization procedures of wrapping packs and pouches for autoclave sterilization and kennel sterilization. Monitoring patients before, under and after anesthesia. Taking a thorough history from clients, and then communicating the plan from the doctor. Always having someone double check before filling a prescription, and correctly filling it. Core canine and feline vaccines given correctly and efficiently. Always having proper restraint to the level of FAS in a patient.

Sanitation of resident rooms, hallways and public areas including: restrooms, laundry areas, lobby, beds, carpets, linoleum, kitchen, shampooing carpets and upholstery. Knowledge of appropriate chemicals for surfaces and proper cleaning and PPE of bio-hazards. Creating a schedule tailored to resident needs and availability. Listening and acknowledging any issues related to housekeeping or personal concerns. Covid-19 Protocols.
