Northern Kentucky folk singer/songwriter and performer as part of women's trio, Raison D'Etre along with Vickie Ellis, and sister, Roberta Schultz. Their music has been described by one critic as "divinely stirring, their singing seems to define this team of singer songwriters." According to Mike Breen of Cincinnati CityBeat, the folk trio offers "some of the finest three-part harmony singing you'll likely ever hear." When they invite audiences around their hearth of heart, it's for the purpose of sharing life's journey through original songs about love, loss, and redemption. With a mission to educate, entertain and engage audiences of all ages through professional theatrical productions and arts education programming, TCT On Tour, a division of The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati, brings the magic of live theater directly to YOU. TCT On Tour offers six to seven productions each season, serving children of all ages (K-12) with titles taken from classic literature, fairy tales, history and other works studied in school curriculum.

Over the last five years of service, focused on tourism promotion and outside group sales for museums, exhibits and films and private events sales at Cincinnati Museum Center. For the prior eleven years directed a visitor focused team of up to 40 associates in reservations, box office and parking for ticket sales and service. Back up administrator of systems to support these services.

Served as one of six directors who developed and managed this major festival. Specifically negotiated the contract with the ticketing vendor company, identified potential ticketing inventory for the 16 riverboat companies participating and worked with the ticketing vendor to set up this inventory for sales, negotiated and contracted an existing arts ticketing office to process all individual mail orders, worked with the Director of Marketing to create and distribute the mail order brochure, managed all pre and on site ticket sales, sold and processed all private charter event and group sales, generated sales reports for the Commission and closed out of the event and responded to all customer services issues.

At the Convention & Visitors Bureau Violet's main responsibility was to bring new group tour business to the area to stay in Northern Kentucky Hotels. She attended major domestic and international sales conventions, developed relationships with customers, developed and managed a customer database for leads generation, planned and lead local and regional familiarization tours and site visits, generated leads lists for the hotels and helped close on business. Violet also researched and developed suggested itineraries to provide potential customers with product ideas.
