Marketing Director
Current- Strategic Planning and Management- Brand Management- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.- Campaign Development and Execution- Digital Marketing- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.- Build and maintain partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and other external stakeholders.- Negotiate sponsorships, partnerships, and other promotional opportunities.- Analytics and Reporting- Analyze marketing data to measure the success of marketing efforts.- Prepare detailed reports for the executive team on marketing performance and ROI.- Use insights to recommend and implement improvements.- Organize and oversee events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company and its products/services.- Ensure events align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
