2012.7-till now Ernst & Young CPA Senior auditor IPO: From Nov. 2016 till now, she was engaged in a HK IPO for a Group, which is in Education industry. Her role is a Field in Charge, led the team to execute audit procedures under IFRS towards the 18 subsidiaries which were within the scope of consolidation. She was responsible for carving out the listed and non-listed business of the group, splitting the financial statement of the group, and also for the consolidation.Also she is responsible for checking the Prospectus and the Opinion of lawyer, cooperating with each intermediaries to promote this project. Statutory Audit under PRC GAAP、Interim review and annual audit under IFRS: She is familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP, perform audit procedure under risk-based auditing. Her responsibilities included evaluating and testing the company’s internal control, executing audit procedure.  Business Risk Assessment and CF Prediction: From Jan. 2012 to Apr. 2012, she was participated in an engagement ranked as Top 10 of Risk in Asia Pacific Region of EY. This engagement based on the target’s business, made a forecast of the next three years cash flow, assessed its business risk, formed business risk model. She completed 5 of the 23 entities’ work by herself, evaluated the business risk and set KRI.。 C-SOX: From May 2012 to Jun. 2012, she provided an internal control service for Shantui Group under the Guidance of C-SOX, and was responsible for Inventory Cycle and Cash Cycle of the group and five subsidiaries.

 Financial Due Diligence: She has provided more than 10 entities’FDD service for PE or VC, like SAIF, Northern light, help the investment successfully. She is response for assisting the engagement manager and investor, conducting an investigation about target by allocation. The key points may focus on the target’s financial condition, profitability and potential investment risks.
