I am always excited given the opportunity to turn my ideas into products that really sell.I manage multiple cosmetic brands and help them develop products that are suitable for their customers / target market. I initiate product concept and monitor all progress from formulation to production, and marketing support. Together with the team, we have successfully help multi-national companies like Tupperware and Nu Skin develop and launch their cosmetic products.Currently, I am a Product Manager at Adara Cosmetics, Indonesia local skincare brand that focus on acne prone, sensitive skin. Our products Adara Bee Clear Acne Gel just hit its highest sales record, being sold every 2 minutes!
