In my current role I'm managing a team of 100 people, with 6 direct reports, 70 assessments centers in 41 counties. Current process is generating payments of EUR 135 mil per year. I'm, together with my team, responsible for continuous improvement of processes and client satisfaction, managing development an implementation of multiple projects which are generating a cost cutting and efficiency of over EUR 2.5 mil per year.
