Coordination of environmental protection, OHSAS emergency situation activities.Representation of the company interests and obligations in the relations with the regulatory and control authorities (Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Guard, Romanian Police etc.).Auditing of the company activities, assessing the state of implementation of internal management policies, and setting out measures to improve the envirnomental management system.Inspection of sites and assessment of compliance with legal requirements.Management of the activities in Waste Water Treatment Plant.During my collaboration with Romcarton, I had the following main results:- Researching and implementing strategies to reduce the consumption of hazardous chemicals used in production processes (starch booster) and wastewater treatment plant (coagulants and flocculants)- Changing the concept of wastewater treatment flow, so that the discharged waters meet the effluent quality, with a significant decrease of the operational costs- Chaniging the hazardous sludge (from WWTP) treatment scheme by an inertization process, resulting in a 95% reduction in volume and a new clasification of the final waste (non-hazardous)- Negotiation of much more advantageous contracts regarding the disposal / recovery of generated waste and the purchase of materials used for waste water treatment plant

Coordination of quality assurance and environmental protection activities. Representation of the company interests and obligations in the relations with the regulatory and control authorities (Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Guard, Romanian Police) and clients.Auditing of the company activities, assessing the state of implementation of internal management policies and setting out measures to improve the integrated management system.Inspection of sites and assessment of compliance with legal requirements.Management of the activities in chemical and mechanical testing laboratories.Developing, analyzing and approving documentation to maintain the integrated management system (management programs, internal audits, responsibilities, training).Coordination of the activities in order to reach the IPPC Compliance Plan within deadlines. During my collaboration with Metallic Poles Factory, I had the following main results:- Regeneration of waste hazardous chemical solutions (one with high content of CrO3 and one with high content of NH4Cl) used in the galvanization process, by thus reducing the volume of wastewater generated and the costs of the production processes.- Starting of the procedure for the replacement of hazardous chemicals with others less dangerous and easier to regenerate, such as replacement of caustic degreasing solution with an organic, self-regenerating solution, testing of some ecological passivation solutions without CrO3.- Revision of the Compliance Action Plan required by the Integrated Environmental Authorization, subject to IPPC legislation, proposing BAT (Best Available Techniques).
