Officers (DC’s, ADC’s,DCFSC and BDO’s). Instrumental in chasing vendors for closure of hardware breakdown  Coordinated with Central Data Centre Team for closure of major technical issues. Assisted in providing telephonic support to Tech. Specialists and looking for shift roster. Imparted training to Executives and Tech.
