Running multiple work locations while maintaining a professional work environment.Handling communication in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner by politely giving consistent, timely, and accurate information to Team Members and guests.Being a team player, cooperating with Team Members within the department as well as other departments.Opening and closing the work location, managing daily budgets and goals, coaching and training team members, handling large amounts of cash and maintaining accuracies in the safe.Ensuring that Team Members are wardrobe compliant.Assigning tasks and monitoring performance of Team Members to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.Ensuring that safety practices and quality standards are maintained.Generating revenue by conducting sales transactionsChecking inventory, maintaining show quality and cleanliness of work area, and creating positive guest experiencesUnderstanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.Performing other duties as assigned.
