My role involved in a calling business for Huffington Post via Native Advertising. Reaching out to brands with ideas on branded native content and helping the sales team in their sales pitch. As the Editor for HuffPost Partner Studio in India I was also responsible for ideating on editorial and edit+ native content properties for the news site. Developing branded content that is in line with the HuffPo voice was my expertise.

Responsible for the Overall Marketing & Corporate Communications strategy of the Virgin Atlantic Airways Brand in India.This included the following specifics:1. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for:1. Marketing Budgets & spends for the Brand in India.2. Planning & Executing ATL, BTL, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing & Social Media campaigns for the Brand in India region.3. Ensuring Trade & Consumer engagements through B2B & B2C events.4. Conceptualize, Plan, & Execute events that promote the Brand's Value proposition across all Target Consumer segments.5. Planning & Executing Corporate Engagement strategy.CORPORATE COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for:1. All External & Internal Brand communications2. Developing Media collaterals, Website content, & Bulk Email Campaigns content.3. Managing Media relations.4. Ensuring Media visibility for the Brand across National, Regional, Vernacular, & Online media.5. Maintaining relations with Existing & Identifying new media evangelists for the Brand every quarter.6. Organizing Press Familiarization trips across the India-UK, & the India-US sectors.7. Closely working with Head-Corporate Communications of VAA (based at UK HQ).8. Liasoning with & Supporting Media visibility for Sir Richard Branson, and his CSR initiatives across India.9. Managing & Creating content for the India Facebook page of VAA.ADVERTISING RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for:1. Working closely with Ad agencies to come up with Ad creatives (for both Print & Digital campaigns) that are in line with Global campaigns.2. Developing advertising campaigns for VAA in India.3. Media buying.

Responsible for Public Relations and Corporate Communications for clients and Blue Square Consultants. Develop effective media strategies for clients such as Thailand Tourism Authority of India, Constance Hotels Group and Oman Tourism Board across National and Language dailies. Define Public Relations budgets, identify media partners and ensure consistent visibility for the respective destinations in the media. Curating of media collaterals and organizing familiarization trips for respective destinations was part of the job.

Managing media relations for clients, Client servicing, developing media plans for the clients were my core responsibilities. Responsible for developing press collaterals and strengthening media relations. Clients serviced- Google, Verisign, Evernote, Aruba Networks and PolicyBazaar.

Covered Lifestyle, Food and Bollywood as a beat. Was responsible for pages of the lifestyle supplement which involved editing stories, writing stories, design and layout of the page before it goes to print.
